The “A” ordinary shares are all owned by Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited and rank pari passu with the “B” ordinary shares and also carry the following additional rights;

Appointment of up to four directors dependent on Dairygold Co-op maintaining its investment in the A Ordinary shares.

Apart from the holder of the “A” ordinary shares no other person or persons will be entitled to acquire or to beneficially hold shares representing 5% of Reox Holdings plc at any time. The Directors of Reox require persons to disclose information to establish if this 5% limit has been breached.
