History

Reox was formed as result of the spin-out of Consumer Foods, DIY and Property divisions of Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited.  Reox Holdings plc was established as a separate company in May, 2006.

Reox Holdings plc has approximately 8,200 registered shareholders and 26% of the company is held by Dairygold Co-Operative Limited.
